Pomace Olive Oil with an intense green colour and sweet and light flavour, recommended for frying and bread stick elaboration.  It is enriched with 5% Extra Virgin Olive Oil and it is extensively used in food service because it has better economic prices than any other kind of olive oil and because its colour and flavour is neutral enough to be used for cooking and frying. Moreover, as it proceeds from olive fruit, its content of polyunsaturated fats is inferior to the other vegetable Oils
