Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra:<\/h2>\n<p>Es el zumo que se extrae de la oliva por procedimientos mec\u00e1nicos que no modifican sus propiedades b\u00e1sicas. B\u00e1sicamente consiste en triturar las aceitunas dando lugar a una masa que posteriormente se centrifuga para separar el zumo de la aceituna, del hueso y de la piel.<\/p>\n<p>De este modo se obtiene un producto completamente natural que mantiene las caracter\u00edsticas biol\u00f3gicas de la oliva y que est\u00e1 considerado uno de los elementos clave de la dieta mediterr\u00e1nea.<\/p>\n<p>Dentro del aceite de oliva virgen existen distintas calidades, en funci\u00f3n del sabor y la acidez, siendo la mejor de ellas el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra. (acidez inferior a 0.8\u00ba)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-1 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Producto 100% natural (es el zumo de la aceituna)<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Acidez inferior a 0\u20198\u00ba (a menor acidez mayor calidad)<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inconvenientes:<\/strong><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-2 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Es la calidad m\u00e1s alta y por tanto la m\u00e1s cara.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Cada persona tiene una tolerancia al amargo y al picante diferente y una preferencia sobre el frutado verde o maduro<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:35px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h2>2.\u00a0 Aceite de Oliva Refinado<\/h2>\n<p>Es el que se obtiene de refinar aceite de oliva virgen cuya calidad no es lo suficientemente buena como para consumirlo directamente. En este caso se procede a su blanqueado, neutralizaci\u00f3n y desodorizaci\u00f3n, convirti\u00e9ndolo en un aceite de oliva que sin ser virgen no deja de ser un excelente aceite de oliva que mejora el sabor de los aceites v\u00edrgenes cuando se mezcla con ellos obteni\u00e9ndose el ACEITE DE OLIVA (es el que en casa usamos para freir). El refinado s\u00f3lo no se envasa generalmente salvo en industrias conserveras (ej.at\u00fan).<\/p>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:35px;width:100%;\"><\/div>\n<h2>3.\u00a0 Aceite de Oliva<\/h2>\n<p>Es el que se obtiene como resultado de mezclar aceite de oliva virgen (20%) y refinado (80%). Las proporciones se pueden variar a gusto del consumidor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-3 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Lleva un 20% de Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra con lo cual tiene un intenso sabor. Hay marcas de aceite de oliva que no llevan casi virgen con lo cual son aceites ins\u00edpidos. El precio puede variar mucho de llevar un 20% a un 1% de Virgen pues no hay l\u00edmite, cada uno le pone el porcentaje que quiere.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Es m\u00e1s barato que el Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra.<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inconvenientes:<\/strong><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-4 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">No es un producto 100% natural aunque tambi\u00e9n es un producto de mucha calidad.<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:35px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h2>4.\u00a0 Aceite de Orujo de Oliva<\/h2>\n<p>Es el que se obtiene como resultado de mezclar Aceite de Oliva Virgen (5%) y Aceite de Orujo Refinado (95%).<br \/>\nEl orujo es el subproducto (pulpa, hueso, rama&#8230;) que procede de la molturaci\u00f3n de la aceituna. \u00c9ste se trata con solventes para extraer el aceite que contiene. Ese aceite de orujo crudo se refina para quitarle el sabor y el olor y se enriquece con aceites de oliva v\u00edrgenes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-5 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">El virgen con que se enriquece es Virgen Extra con acidez inferior a 0\u20198\u00ba.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Su precio es muy inferior al del aceite de oliva virgen y 0\u20194\u00ba.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Es m\u00e1s beneficioso que otros aceites vegetales (girasol, soja&#8230;) porque procede de la aceituna y tiene alto contenido en grasas monoinsaturadas.<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inconvenientes:<\/strong><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-6 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">El orujo debe estar bien refinado para evitar regustos desagradables procedentes del proceso de refinado.<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<div class=\"fusion-separator fusion-full-width-sep\" style=\"align-self: center;margin-left: auto;margin-right: auto;margin-top:35px;width:100%;\"><\/div><\/p>\n<h2>5.\u00a0 Aceite de Ensalada &#8211; Blended Oil<\/h2>\n<p>Es el que se obtiene como resultado de mezclar Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra (15%) y Aceite de Girasol (85%). En Espa\u00f1a est\u00e1 prohibido mezclar aceites de oliva con aceites vegetales pero en muchos pa\u00edses s\u00ed se puede comercializar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ventajas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-7 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Su precio es muy econ\u00f3mico comparado con los aceites de oliva.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">Si el Virgen que se utiliza es muy frutado, el aceite tiene bastante sabor<\/div><\/li><\/ul>\n<p><strong>Inconvenientes:<\/strong><ul style=\"--awb-size:18px;--awb-iconcolor:#917852;--awb-line-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-width:30.6px;--awb-icon-height:30.6px;--awb-icon-margin:12.6px;--awb-content-margin:43.2px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-8 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-leaf fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\">No es tan sano desde el punto de vista nutricional como el aceite de
